so forgive me if this is not so great.
well the only reason i am putting up this journal is so that i can ask a simple question.
how do i put a thumbnail here? no, i have not looked in the FAQ, because i can't find them. and looking in the FAQ for information on finding the FAQ really isn't helpful anyway. comment if you have an answer, please. but not only if, of course.

Watch bots
It seems to be the new popular thing on deviantart. Some people have started using bot scripts on their deviantart accounts. You might know of this already.
The bots will consistently start watching random people every few seconds. You'll recognize them for these attributes:
-Having way more pageviews, llamas and donated points than most people who have been on deviantart the same ammount of time or longer.
-Having lots of "Thanks for the watch" comments, one every few seconds.
-Hiding all their stats from people.
The people who run these bots can gain several thousand donated points in a span of days, which they can use to buy whatever they want. They are abusing stupid people who don't know better than to give a few points to strangers, which is not much better than stealing. What's worse is that the deviantart staff does not see this as rule-breaking.
Things you can do
Check out this group.
Make sure to check out every person who watches you. If they seem to be a bot, check the #anti-Bots list. If the name you saw isn't there, go inform them about it.
Inform other people about bots to prevent them from giving valuable points to them. The more people know about them, the better.
Block all the bots that watch you. It's not very helpful, but your number of watches will be closer to the real value.

well apparently i can. and with this update concludes my official works of art from the year 2009-2010. i will probably not be able to post any more without a scanner or a camera (for the larger stuff) so i might resort back to my old wallpaper effects, which no they don't take a whole lot of work to make. but i do still have a request that needs finishing. and once i find a scanner that i can use, then i'll start uploading some real art. in the mean time if anyone wants any backgounds or something then i'm totally open to the idea.

well since i'm updating i might as well say that although i have not posted anymore of my (still not yet famous) images, that doesn't mean that i have stopped making them. in fact far from it. i have many just sitting on my computer because if anyone would happen to request a certain one then it would be up usually as soon as i log on. anyway i have about 100 locked away waiting for someone to see if they can come up with one i don't have yet. oh well, you crazy people don't care anyway

colors are needed!

wooo! i'm still alive. (which is more than i can say for some people). anyway finally got around to making a few more of my (not yet famous) spindash pictures. problem is, i can't think of any more colors to use. so ideas would be nice. and the colors would be credited to the people that send me them. and everyone will get their color choices posted. to sum it all up: i'm bored, give me something to do.
